Sheena's Baby Shower

We are less than a month away from Mark's daughter, Sheena's due date. She is due on February 13th. This past Sunday we had her baby shower at the house. I had 21 adult guests plus 7 kids. The living room was packed. Sheena got lots of neat stuff. Here's a picture of her cake. We also had lots of other good food to eat.

Surprise!!!

Well, it's hard to believe it, but we really did pull it off. It was my daughter's 30 birthday on January 7th. Her husbad Josh wanted to give her a surprise party. I was afraid she'd find out, but she had no idea. I picked her up on Saturday the 6th to spend some time with me. She really wasn't in the mood to shop, but went anyhow. I was to have her back to her house at 4:00 pm. Everyone had arrived and most had parked their cars down the road. When we pulled up Jennifer saw Josh's dad's car and then she started to guess. I have a very bad 'poker' face. One thing I can say, is when she walked in the door, she was surprised to see so many people there. The picture above is of her in her Margarita glasses. Later that evening, she was playing on some guitar game on the TV. She was rockin!
